1. Eligibility & Verification

The MomoChutney Complimentary Tasting Session is a B2B initiative designed for corporate decision-making teams. To maintain the integrity of this program, the following eligibility criteria apply:

• Role Requirement: This offer is exclusively available to Human Resources (HR) Representatives, Office Administrators, Facility Managers, or Procurement Heads authorized to make vendor decisions.
• Corporate Verification: A valid corporate email address (e.g., name@company.com) is mandatory for booking. Requests originating from personal email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) will be automatically declined.
• Minimum Requirement: The requesting company must have a minimum on-site employee strength of 20 employees at the delivery location.

2. Scope of the “No-Cost” Offer

• The complimentary tasting is limited to a maximum of 5 (five) people per company.
• The menu served will be a pre-set “Chef’s Sampler” designed to showcase our recurring menu variety. Specific customization requests for the tasting session are subject to availability.
• This is a one-time offer per company/branch location.

3. Logistics & Delivery

• Service Area: Delivery is strictly limited to office locations within Bengaluru Urban limits.
• Scheduling: Tasting sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Slots are subject to kitchen capacity and availability.
• Venue: The tasting must be conducted on the company’s office premises. We do not deliver tasting samples to residential addresses or third-party venues.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Failure to be present at the agreed delivery time may result in the forfeiture of the complimentary tasting privilege.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

While our kitchen adheres to strict hygiene standards, our facility processes nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy.

• It is the responsibility of the booking representative to inform us of any specific dietary restrictions or allergies within the tasting group at the time of booking.
• Food provided is intended for immediate consumption. MomoChutney is not liable for the quality or safety of food consumed more than 2 hours after delivery.

6. Rights of Refusal

MomoChutney reserves the right to decline a tasting request if the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the request is deemed to be outside the scope of a genuine business inquiry.
